I was born and raised in Barcelona and built an international corporate career in fast-paced, results-driven environments. Over time, I realised that external success meant little without health, energy, and balance.
This turning point led me to explore nutrition, lifestyle, and emotional wellbeing as essential elements of long-term health.
In 2016, after experiencing my own health challenges, I became a Certified Holistic Health Coach (Institute for Integrative Nutrition – IIN), with additional training in hormone and gut health.
This experience reshaped how I live and became the foundation of the work I do today.
My work is structured around four key pillars: Nutrition, Hormonal Balance, Detoxification, and Emotional Wellbeing.
I design personalised programs — from foundational resets to more advanced protocols — tailored to each individual’s needs, lifestyle, and health goals.
Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I work on identifying underlying imbalances and supporting the body through nutrition, lifestyle changes, and emotional awareness.
The goal is simple: to help women feel lighter, more energised, and back in control of their health.
