If you're ready to start your health journey, book an initial 30-minute free health history consultation with me in which you will have the opportunity to talk about your current issues/concerns and the goals you’d like to accomplish for your health and well-being.


Choose Your Program

After the initial consultation, if we decide we are a good fit to work together, I’ll recommend the most appropriate program depending on your issues/concerns and what goals you want to accomplish. I will answer any questions you may have before you decide to move forward.


Begin Your Journey

Once your program has started, we'll formulate realistic attainable goals and implement the actions you can start incorporating into your daily life. I will discuss your progress with you, address questions and concerns, and provide support and recommendations. I will be there every step of the way to make sure to give you all the tools to achieve your goals!
