In 2016, after overcoming a chronic illness, I became a certified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). This experience didn’t just change how I live, eat, move, and think — it inspired me to help others create lasting well-being.
Born and raised in Barcelona, I built a thriving international corporate career — chasing recognition and achievements. But professional success meant little if I neglected my health. Life at full speed led to illness and showed me the real challenge wasn’t multitasking, but the constant feeling of “never being enough” and the deeper wounds beneath.
Through this journey, I discovered the power of slowing down, listening to my body, nourishing it with wholesome foods, and releasing both toxins and unresolved emotions — the path that led me to real healing.
I left corporate life and became a certified Holistic Health Coach at IIN, gaining expertise in Hormone Health and Gut Health.
Today, I help people break free from gut issues, hormone imbalances, toxins, and emotional blocks through gentle cleansing practices, mindful nutrition, and holistic wellness tools — from the inside out.
True healing requires addressing four key factors: the foods you eat, what may be driving hormonal imbalances, the level of accumulated toxins, and unresolved trauma or emotional blockages.
By addressing all of these together, true transformation becomes possible.
