I was born and raised in Barcelona and built an international corporate career in fast-paced, results-driven environments. I understand first-hand the pressure of demanding careers, constant responsibilities and the challenge of prioritising your own health while taking care of everything else.
Over time, I realised that external success means little without energy, health and balance.
This realisation led me to explore nutrition, lifestyle and emotional wellbeing as essential foundations for long-term health.
In 2016, after experiencing my own health challenges and transforming my own approach to wellbeing, I became a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (Institute for Integrative Nutrition – IIN), with additional training in hormone health and gut health.
This personal journey changed the way I live and became the foundation of the work I do today: helping women reconnect with their bodies and create sustainable health changes from the inside out.
Today, I help professional women who feel tired, bloated, hormonally out of balance or overwhelmed restore their energy, improve digestion and feel like themselves again.
My approach supports women who want to move beyond simply managing symptoms and create a healthier, more balanced lifestyle that fits their real lives.

I am also a mother and the founder of my own health coaching practice. Having built a career, transitioned into entrepreneurship and balanced family life along the way, I understand the challenge of managing multiple responsibilities while still making your own wellbeing a priority.
I believe that taking care of yourself is not a luxury — it is the foundation that allows you to fully enjoy the life you have built.
